✨ Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them
  • Original packaging is appreciated (when possible)
  • Proof of purchase is required (your order confirmation email totally counts)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items are locked in like a saved game:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items marked Final Sale

💸 Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll notify you.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted
  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after we receive the item

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless:

  • Your item arrived damaged, or
  • We made a mistake (it happens — even to high-INT builds)
